Sharing of good practice is a great start.
Sharing each others' experiences can help to discover successful behaviours and strategies and promote adoption.

Not only does it help the recipient of the shared knowledge, it also greatly benefits the teacher who's sharing it.

If the sharing also includes mentoring and coaching, it will definitely provide reassuring encouragement! :)

Students enjoy the movement and learn better. More students were able to get the correct answer and explain their answer after a few rounds.

Students started to grow bok choy and they were tasked to complete a journal to reflect on their experiences. The journal has Science, Math and English activities for the students to complete. CLP lessons were created to link the activity to lesson objectives. This activity is also linked to the environmental month.

LSP

I end my LSP lesson each day using the ‘exit ticket’ strategy. Before each child leaves, he needs to tell me what he has learned. In this way, the students are forced to stay focused during lesson if they want to be the first to leave the room. I find this strategy very effective and ‘durable’ as I am able to get immediate feedback on my students’ learning and retention abilities and that I can use this strategy for a long period of time.

Recognising Students' progress, efforts, etc. by giving out Let's Celebrate You Card on the "WOW" Stage in the Classroom to motivate students.
