The current flag is made up of two red rectangles on the sides, a white square in the center and a red maple leaf adorning the center. 

The Canadian flag is known by various names. It is generally called the 'National Flag of Canada'. In English it is known as 'The Maple Leaf flag' due to the central leaf. Its name in French also refers to the maple leaf, being called 'l'Unifolié' (the flag of a single leaf).

Belugas can dive to depths of almost 1,000 meters, and stay underwater for more than 20 minutes at a time.
