Both the Native Americans and the explorers lived by either religious morals or preconceived notions, that were eventually transferred and incorporated into our country's core values, as well as contributing to its character.

The Native Americans commitment to the land and satisfaction with their space serves as a foil to European society, which we can see is extremely devoted to exploration and expansion, which is something that gets directly passed on to American society.

Natives shared and valued the resources versus the Europeans sought ownership over them, and this idea has been fought upon even to this day, with how we use and share our resources within our own country.

The native americans and conquers have differing views on ownership because the native americans believe that since they have lived and worked the land that they are in control of it and the explorers believe that if they put on a flag on it and claim it as theirs that it belongs to them and these differing ideas were a huge foundation to our country and how we view our right to the land we live on.

In all of the documents we've read there's been a common theme of hospitality on the part of the Native Americans. Based on the ways that they provide for the Europeans by giving them food and offering them shelter. It speaks highly to their respect of the planet and its inhabitants, and it also demonstrates that they'd rather make allies than enemies.

The Iroquois Constitution and Origin stories relay the fact that the Native Americans were people oriented and saw their tribe as well as other people as a family, while the European explorers were more focused on the image of their country and themselves, instead of thinking of people as a big family.

The europeans and the Native Americans have differing ideas on wealth and intelligence, the europeans view your wealth based off of how intelligent you are, where as Native Americans view wealth as health, and prosperity with food, which causes Europeans to feel as though they are more intelligent than the Native Americans, leading them to feel more superior, and then war over who is more dominant based off of intelligence.
