Yes, it can be a form of payback for everything I've assigned over the year, but that makes it fun too.


  1. Form to nominate books for the brackets.

  2. I share the list of all nominated books with students.

  3. Divide into brackets. I would place all the books in my least preferred genre, horror for me, on the same bracket side. This way I couldn't end up with two books that weren't my thing.

  4. Open voting for round 1, and continue rounds until you have the championship match-up. These are the two I would commit to read and sharing about by the end of summer. I would try to read 3rd and 4th place if time allowed.
