I am collaborating with my teaching partner, and looking at team teaching. The writing example is from my young man from Jamaica who refused to write and read until he was given a task to pick a country and present his country. I love this writing because it speaks volume of the research, reading and writing he put forth on his project. He was excited, engaged, and proud of his achievement. I feel so excited about his future. My goals for the future of my class is to create an inclusive environment which supports my students to grow in all areas of learning.
