Offer optional "tracks"?

Perhaps some departments would be more enthusiastic to join if there were some defined tracks (based on this pilot cohort's experience), like: climate survey/focus groups, quantitative data/dashboards, vertical mentoring, Emerging Scholars, building the major, PD/CoP, placement issues & coreq support. That way a department could "hit the ground running" on their chosen track(s). But also have an "open response" track for departments that want to work on things that aren't existing tracks.
