Who gets to breathe clean air in New Dehli?
This article followed around two kids on their day to day life in a city that is extremely polluted. One child is from a wealthy area and the other a poor area. It was pretty insane the difference in air qualities throughout their day. Because the poorer child spends way more time outside his air is very polluted compared to the more wealthy child who is almost always indoors with air purifiers in the rooms she is in.

This info-graphic follows the reality of two children living in the world's most polluted capital city, New Delhi, India.

My greatest takeaway is just how significant the disparity in quality of life is among children living within miles of each other. The impoverished kid, Monu, is exposed to over 5 times more pollutants than Aamya is in a given day. This significant exposure is estimated to eliminate about 5 years off of Monu's lifespan, while an upper-middle class Aamya is estimated to live 4 years longer.

This article was about the levels of pollution in different parts of India. It followed two different kids one was in middle class the other was in a poor neighborhood. In the poor one almost all day the levels of pollution where over two times that of the middle class family. It is crazy that there is that much a difference.

A gentlemen lives near this power plant and has lost many loved ones to the cancer that this power plant is causing. This man has gone to the headquarters in Tokyo to speak about how the emissions of this power plant is effecting "his people" They still haven't done anything about it and don't seem to care. A lot of the people that live close to this power plant are also low income.
