This is my short summary, first Roy sees this guy named “Mullet Fingers” running without shoes and he got curious. Then he keeps looking for him and finally sees him, but his school bully is keeping Roy from chasing him by choking him which left bruises. Next Roy takes matters into his own hands and punches dana in the face! (He got suspended from the bus for 2 weeks)Then he keeps following the boy and later on he finds out he’s just trying to save endangered owls. Then he meets with the bully again and the bully almost kills him! Dana locked him in the locker and hugged him which emptied the air out of his lungs! But Beatrice Leep strings Dana to the flagpole and strips him to his underwear. Roy figures out

This connects to me because my mom is always saying we can’t go anywhere on Sundays and that we should stay home. This is a TTS connection. Sometimes we go places if we have to but normally on Sundays we don’t have anything. A short summary of the book is : Roy is a boy in middle school, he has to deal with things like friends, bullies, interest, family and this odd boy who ran away from the school bus and Roy has never seen him at school. Roy finds out he lives in the woods and ran away from home, his mom sent him to military camp and he ran away from that too. He ran back home but his parents don’t know he’s back only his step sister Beatrice who goes to school with Roy.        The reason Dana gets hung is because he was strangling and beating up Roy. So Beatrice made him stop beating up Roy. 
     This is the start of my summary. Roy the main  character sees the running boy and tries to go after him but, Dana the school bully is trapping Roy and strangling him. Eventually Roy gets away and chases the running boy. Roy finds out that the running boy is trying to save owls before they get buried and also finds out that the running boy’s name is Mullet Fingers. In my book, the main character is Roy. One day, Roy chases a boy that is barefoot. When Roy catches up with the boy, he finds out something unexpected. The running boy is trying to save some endangered burrowing owls from getting killed by a bulldozer at a Mother Paula’s construction site. The running boy’s name is Napoleon Bridger Leep. Napoleon does some dangerous thing to save the owls. He releases poisonous snakes and puts alligators🐊 in porta potty’s. When he is releasingthe poisonous snakes, he gets bitten by a Rottweiler. His arm gets infected but escaped again when he’s healed.
