Before I entered SeaBank, nag dasal talaga ako na sana maayos yung work environment ko and mabait yung magiging first boss ko. True enough, my prayer was answered—and I’m really happy na ikaw yun, boss Gen! (sa sobrang lakas ko kay Lord, tinabi niya pa ako sa isang LORDrex 😏 )

You always made time to listen to us, your childGEN👶 and also made sure we are being heard *cries* thank you so much po for everything boss!

It's been exactly 2 months and 5 days since I was hired as Product Tester here in SeaBank, but it feels like I've lost the best boss I ever had. AAAACKKKK. Si OA.

I am deeply thankful and grateful that you have trusted me enough to be one of the PTs here in SeaBank. Thank you for giving me a chance to grow and thrive in my chosen career. 🥹

It might sound strange coming from someone who's only been here a short while, but you are the BEST BOSS, Gen! I mean it. In just a span of 2 months, I have witnessed how great you are in leading and managing people. I appreciate how you acknowledge each and every PTs. I admire how well spoken and sharp you are, how you think outside the box, how you decide, and how you plan on how your chilGEN will grow in each tracks.

Alam mo boss G, proud pa naman ako i-share sa iba na I have the best boss tapos aalis kana SKSKSKSKSK. :< Honestly, I feel sad because I knew I still had so much to learn from you. It's only 2 months na ikaw ung team lead namin and direct reporting manager ko but for those 2 months marami akong napulot na aral at marami kang naitulong saken lalo na sa pagsagot sa non-stop questions from a newbie like me. Di ako nakarinig nang reklamo and interview pa lang, naiparamdam mo na saken na okay lang magtanong at willing kang tumulong. Pinatunayan mo yon pagdating ko.

Umalis ka bilang AAA lead, pero tinutulungan mo pa rin kami pag kelangan namin ng tulong or pag may napansin ka na mas okay gawin sinusuggest mo rin agad without needing to be asked.

Ikaw rin nagyaya saken na mag gateway office haha alam ko maikli lang ung 2 months and alam ko marami pa rin sana akong pwede matutunan sayo. Lalo na pano yumaman hahaha

But all good things must to come to an end. Good luck sa pupuntahan mo and I know marami ka ring maicocontribute doon. Also, safe travels! Hahaha alam ko marami kang travel plans and enjoy lang lagi! See you when I see you, Gen! Hanggang sa muli!
