         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ratio:<br>Is a a number that either looks like _to_ or _:_ so if there is a picture there is a picture with 3 circles and 5 squares and I want to write the ratio of squares to the total of object on the picture I would write it like 5:8 or&nbsp;<br>5 to 8 but if I want to write the ratio of squares to circles I would either write 5 to 3 or 5:3.<br><br>Proportion (I Think):<br>it helps you know how to make something that even if you usually  want 20 tomatos and 100 peices of lettus but you only have 50 peices it is half of 100 s you would also half the amount of tomatos for the same taste and it is used a lot in cooking and making things</div>]]></description>
