- Compiles and prints information (reading script, initial props list, etc.) for the show which will be distributed amongst technical crew – lighting design, assistant stage manager, stage manager and etc.
- During rehearsals, the paperwork will be used by the DSM to note down blocking, sound, lighting etc. notes and will distribute this information to their team.

-Run lighting, sound, scenery, properties, costumes, makeup, and hair during performances.
-Move background on and off-stage
Sound crew
-Resolve any issues related to the audio that may occur during the performances.
Costume crew
Assist in costume changes
