Close up shots help you to get up close to anything small. it allows you to see all the detail that you wouldn't normally see from any other shot. You would normally use a long lens to help the camera focus on the object and gain a better result.

High angle shots are used to loos down on a certain object. They can be used to show a setting in a film and be able to fit it all in one shot. The shot allows the audience to see something from angle they wouldn't normally see it.

Mid shot angles are used to focus on a character but at the same time give the audience something else to look at such as, the background wherever they may be. However they want to character to be the main thing you see so they would normally be in the centre of the shot.
