I also appreciate every comment and suggestion from customers. All feedback was used to improve our product and service. If there were any weaknesses, we took immediate action such as improving quality, packaging or customer service. These responses helped us to grow and better understand our customer needs.

During the course of running this MPU business, I encountered many difficulties, especially when it came to preparing the paperwork, as I did not understand what the MPU documents should look like and what needed to be included. We also faced a budget shortfall in providing materials due to the high costs of supplies.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was find a suitable time to do this business together. Moreover, we had to carefully choose fresh ingredients like large spring roll wrappers and dried baby shrimp for popia.

Overall, this wantan and popia dried shrimp business taught me valuable lessons in teamwork, communication, budgeting and entrepreneurship.
