         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wrote this 45 page guidebook based on Don Miguel Ruiz's "The Four Agreements". It also includes activities to apply the principles for reducing drama and stress in our lives, along with an overview of how our nervous system works. It's basically a "what I wish I learned a lot sooner" guidebook that I made for students as I witnessed them struggling with taking things personally and feeling anxious as a default mode.</div>]]></description>
