Granted ever kid in the world is in one way or another kept home and told to be home before a certain time by their mother, however some take it too far. All you begin to crave is being outside, away from being told what to do and where to go. Minimal in comparison, Trevor being held hostage by the savagery of apartheid, is in some ways related to how parents treat children. The oppressor decides the plot like a puppet show. They pull the string and the oppressed follow. Not out of willingness but rather lack of options. What happened was treating a civilization of humans like children that will never grow up.

He wants to be free to see what he wants. When parents make all the decisions of your life, you want more than anything to just be out of their control. Why? Because it's new and it's our nature to want new and exciting. When modern situations become old, we renovate, renovate society. I was an indoor kid that never wanted to see the light of day. Until I realized there was light in the day. Something I didn't know how to enjoy yer, so I had to go experience it. Not simply because sunshine is so great which sometimes it's not, but because it was new and my parents didn't let me out often. Trevor wanting to experience freedom is similar to all people. We want in a way what we don't have. Why, because it's better.

There is something to be said for people who have found undying faith in God. We worry less and understand we are protected in all moments of life. The calm that follows faith is an experience that drives people like his mother, myself and millions of others to live happily.

She felt strongly that is what she wanted to do with her life, it was nothing to leave her life behind and move on. I plan to leave Texas behind and for the most part all I've done because Alaska is waiting. I am driven to go to Alaska and make a life in the cold north. Difference being my drive is self motivated, Amy's was selfless and sacrificial for her to give up hers for others. You could also say it self driven to do that in the same way I want to go to Alaska because I will do well there, she wanted to go to Africa because she could do well there.

They believe in demons and god and things of that nature. My family is more based on facts and science.
