With the repetition and emphasis of this girl, Julia's, name, the listener can feel the passion Lennon has toward this woman. Through out the song he explains why he has successfully risen out of poverty and the ghetto by stating qualities about himself and continually explaining to the listener that these qualities are "inside [his] DNA."
