Solidarity, since I always helped my group when they needed something, and I was always willing to lend my materials when others didn't have any, such as scissors, pencils, or markers, among other things.

I helped my group by giving ideas such as the design of the poster and how we could improve the ideas for each part of the work.

I learned that working as a team is important to achieve the goal of finishing the work and it was also very important because I learned about how to investigate.

The impact was that I learned to better manage the people in my group so that in the future I could work less with them.

I was involved in the project to brainstorm ways to improve the poster and also researched a lot of information about various companies to find out what they do and see if it would be useful for the project or not.

In my group the ideas varied but one of the ones we disagreed on the most was the companies that collaborated on the problem but in the end we put World Vision Ec and the ECUADORIAN GOVERNMENT

The part that fell to me was to analyze what different companies do to know how they help clean up the oil.

One of the problems at work was my group, since everyone in my group was very annoying and asked me for things all the time, and also inquiring about information from different companies.

My group and the other groups worked hard to achieve the goal which was the poster for the exhibition.

I showed empathy by helping my group with things they found difficult, such as writing a long text or being kind to people in my group who were tired.

I would like to play with a less demanding group in the future, since my group asked me for many things.
