Our bodies have this same safety net.<br><br><strong>But since we are people</strong>, We get to eat whenever we want!<br><br>This comes with challenges as we are forced to regulate our intake of nutrients and foods with logic. <br><br>Food industries are trying to take advantage of our cravings everywhere!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats will give the body sustained energy and reduce hunger cravings. Sources of these fats are very high in calories yet remain healthy and necessary!<br>Examples: Nuts, Avocado, Seeds, Olive Oil<br><br>Proteins are wildly important to consume as they provide us with lasting energy, while also acting as building blocks for our muscle mass, enzymes, hormones and vitamins.<br>Examples: Legumes, Beans, Soy, <br>Chickpeas<br><br>Carbohydrates are not to be demonised and are necessary for the majority of the energy we intake. These will give us strong, short lasting energy. Vegetables and fruits contain carbs, and they are healthy! The more fibrous, complex and natural the source; the better for the body. <br>Examples: Bananas, Vegetables, Whole Grains.</div>]]></description>
