I used the Billboard website’s chart history (https://www.billboard.com/music/lauryn-hill). I found out that her song off the album “Doo 🤬 (That Thing)” peaked at #1 on the Billboard Charts on November 14th, 1998. This source is reliable because it’s an archive of things that happened live in the past.
