         <description><![CDATA[<p>No, because the Supreme Court took down the AAA so quick in 1936, Congress would passed another law to replace it, known as the Soil Conversation &amp; Domestic Allotment Act. This act paid farmers for learning good soil conversation methods. It may be little successful after this. Because two years later, in 1938, Congress accepted the second AAA that return back many features of the first AAA.</p>]]></description>
