Decision fatigue is the mental exhaustion that occurs after making many decisions, especially during high-stakes situation. In high-stakes professions like law and medicine, this is more dangerous because a single poor decision can affect people’s lives, freedom, or health, unlike in daily life where the consequences are usually smaller.

• Making too much decisions a day can lead to decision fatigue.

• After reaching the threshole we will make decisions not as sharp as before.

• We can let other people make our rote decisions for us to save time and not get stressed.

• A doctor can sometimes make mistakes in high-stakes decisions due to decision fatigue at the end of the day.

• The aim of the video is to educate people on how to make life easier by reducing decisions we need to make.

The reason: people have a threshold, making too much decision would make people meet it, after that, people often facing decision fatigue and less sensible in making choice.

How to solve: spend less time on making everyday decisions like having breakfast, what to wear is an optimal solution. More than that, you should take a rest and stop making choice after having threshold:>

1. Extended decision making can cause decision fatigue, which can have a serious impact on our daily life

2. We seem to have a daily threshold for decision making. When the limit is reached, we tend to take things easy and leave all the hard works for another day.

3. Decision fatigue is a very concerning problem for job that include important decision that can cause serious consequences.

Because in the afternoon, the judges are tired.

-Parents know us well enough to know our personalities and interests, they can give good advice based on us

-Parents will maybe fund you (if needed) when you follow their decisions

-They obviously have more experience and have faced more difficult challenges than we do.

-Parents give us advice based on pure love, unlike others who might take advantages of us.

While peers are at the same age and they can understand you really well, they don't have any practical experience and some friends can just give a passing advice because they just don't care about your future, they have their owns. Also, some fellows may be jealous of you so they can give unreliable advice.

Parents are also trustable and they've experienced it. However, their generation and ours are different, some changes may have been made. And even though, they're experienced, they are not as experienced as the professionals. Moreover, some parents can give you advice of what they want you to do, to be, not what you really fond of or what you are good at.

STUDY: there is 2 important exams tomorrow:
-u have to focus study on 1 subject to get high score.
VS
-u have to study both subjects but not sure if u can get high scores in both the subjects.

FAMILY
-Your "Asian parents" expect u to be a professional doctor but your passion and interest is for music (u want to be a singer)

Focus on one and get a good score rather than two and get a good score

=> The Japanese electronics successfully tested 1 so we will be likely to see them around in the future, etc

-Future cars will take on forms unlike anything that we see at present, aiming to have cleaner type of energy, allow air in to cool the engine, etc

- The coming revolution isn't just confined to private transport as public transport like buses will be likely to receive an overhaul too.

- The idea was the users of public transport and private transport would all benefit.

And it is said that in 50 years' time this and other of today's futuristic designs will have become reality
