There are only two seasons it cycles through: a mild winter (November to April) and a hot summer (May- October). So the best time to travel would be during the winter, when temperature range between 68-79 degrees.

Of course there are barren parts in some parts of their desserts, but if you come across any form of water in the Western Desert, you will see perennials and grasses. The Eastern Desert on the other hand, supports tamarisks, acacia, and markh.

The Arab Republic of Egypt's government is semi-presidential, meaning the executive power is divided between an elected president and prime minister. These two, along with an elected parliament, will run the country, like a democracy.
In practice however, the president has ended up having near total control over the country, becoming especially more obvious under Mubarak's rule in 1981. Since then, Egypt operated under martial law, which allows the government to suspend its citizen's constitutional rights.
