Within the university, staff can access the counselling service for a number of free sessions. There's also an onsite gym and leisure centre with a discounted price for staff card holders. There are a number of staff networks and clubs to foster bonds and a sense of community.

The Student Education Service promotes wellbeing through a number of initiatives including "Time4me" which is a protected 30 minute time slot for wellbeing each week; wellbeing festivals at various points in the year; and a number of "Chill Out Zones" located around campus to kick back and relax!
