Draw up al kinds of actions to overcome the obstacles that the missing profiles are experiencing. e.g. make communication material easier and attractive to diverse group, more information about the inclusion measures, work with 'coaches' or 'multipliers' in communities that are missing to translate the programme to their needs, reach out more individually to specialist organisations, make sure there is enough diversity in project types (appealing to different profiles) etc.

Henner insurance generate problems:

Threshold fo getting insurance are too high (Henner requires a lot of documentation - primary vs. complementary cover). Suggestion: Volunteers must be insured by default without having to contact Henner
In case of problems, Henner should immediately reply - not just when we, as NA officers, contact them (with COM colleagues in CC), but when organisations and volunteers do.
Contact point for volunteers/organisations: We would like a designated help desk for volunteers at Henner
Info kit: NA officers should not be main contact persons in case of problems - we cannot help, Henner has to.
Digital System: volunteers should not be the only point o contact for insurance with Henner - organisations should be able to help out; Henner is currently excluding that possibility by making the digital system exclusive to the insured persons (volunteers(

Suggestion: step-by-step guide within IT Tools (if you want to get involved in ESC -> link to registration -> after completing the first step you should be automatically directed to the next step and so on until submitting the application - and the same for management of granted projects)

PASS Tool Support and Accessibilty

Due to inaccessibility from an administrator point of view, we are unable to advise beneficiaries on problems in PASS. We are unable to provide technical support for beneficiaries in PASS. There are often problems with matchings, thus leaving volunteers uninsured. We would like to ask for more involvement from the COM regarding support for PASS or to be able to transfer support questions to the COM.

Also, the PASS-Tool is not user friendly and slow - oftentimes, beneficiaries have difficulties using PASS. We would like a more user friendly approach to future updates to PASS.

We would like a monitoring system for solidarity projects in order to check how many projects young people are involved in. In some cases, groups of young people create a new OID per project while interchanging legal representative and/or contact person. We would like an easily accessible list of participants on application basis (export function) as well as, if possible, the possibilty to "flag" individuals (as it is possible with organisations).

Annual events could develop to flagship events focusing on the value of the programme!

Annual events are important. There are different experiences in different countries and NA´s are also trying different approaches. There seems to be a need for sharing the different approaches beyond the TCA/NET meeting.

Suggestions: start with the aims -also for host and support roles- and then the practical arrangements. All the parts involved should have a aim why they are in the programme.

a very short project management overview with links to the IT Tools > a kinf of pilot, to be later integrated in the BENS- IT interface (strategically, could help to advocate the need to introduce pedagogy in IT-tools and help the IT peolple who are so far from the concrete dimension of our BENs)
a shortlist summarizing concrete points of hosting basics and quality basics from a concrette point of view : a many purpose ressource -> mentoring, project management, integration of new partners / also useful at NA level : wide dissemination of quality criteria, mentoring capacity bulding, ...
