         <description><![CDATA[<div>Writing about the unwritten constitution<br><br>The <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Rights_Act_1998">Human Rights Act</a> was introduced in 1998; a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_Parliament">Scottish Parliament</a> and a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Assembly_for_Wales">Welsh Assembly</a> were established following referenda held with a majority voting in favour; most hereditary <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peerage">peers</a> were removed from the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_of_Lords">House of Lords</a> in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_of_Lords_Act_1999">1999</a>; the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greater_London_Authority">Greater London Authority</a> and the position of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayor_of_London">Mayor of London</a> were established in 2000; and the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of_Information_Act_2000">Freedom of Information Act</a> was passed later in the same year, with its provisions coming into effect over the following decade. </div>]]></description>

Courts could strike down UK law<br>- he continually uses the 1st conditional if... we leave<br>- devolution in '98. Some things retained by Westminster. In theory agriculture devolved.
