Positives about the scheme included that the different roles such as coach, captain, equipment manager and choreographer appealed to the students.  Especially to those with a low level of FMS.  The lessons seemed to automatically become more inclusive (Westwood, 2007) before I even had to set rules or differentiate the tasks as there seemed to be  a job/role for all students.  
As a number of students wanted to have a specific duty role it meant that I had to rotate the roles on a weekly basis. I liked this as it let me assess all students in the different roles however the students felt that they do not have enough lessons to experience the roles fully due to me rotating them on a weekly basis. A solution to this would have been to have had a longer "season" (Luttrell & Chambers, 2013) however I do have to follow the school plan and move onto strand one after the Christmas break. If I am involved in the macro planning of the PE department at the end of the school year will raise this in any such discussions as the students did enjoy the instructional model, particularly for gymnastics as the students would not have enjoyed it for strand two for example as I discovered from class discussions and feeling sheets.
