In this new era that full of technologies, the change is very rapidly include in career development. Do we have time to adapt all this changes involved? Yes. We do have time to adapt all the changes if we are dare to accept the change and passionate  in our career. This is why the organizations implemented a training for the employees so that they are able to adapt the changes in the working environment. As a contemporary employees for upcoming career, we supposed to be able to adapt all the changes that could happened in future.
