The technology involved with this proved to be a challenge for me. Infact, i actually did not make it visible to be assessed initially,  costing me timely feedback. I feel I learnt a great deal by completing the assessment. I can see how this activity feeds forward into the activities we are doing now and our summative assessment. Starting this course has been a huge learning curve for me but I am enjoying it.I am glad you noticed that I took the time to set my learning outcomes for the assessment and thought about my critique. I acknowledge that I needed to have a more theoretical basis for my assessment of others work and my feedback. I have been reading a great deal around the subject of feedback and feedforward and feel I now have some more grasp of the reasoning and models for feedback, so I hope to learn more and apply that in future activites/assessments within the course. In regards to was there an aspect of my partners work that I wished I had challenged but did not know how to proceed. That is a difficult question to answer. I, like most others feel it much easier to critique my own work rather than someone else's. I chose to discuss that I did not feel like my partner expanded on his criteria enough to make it clearer for his students what he was looking for. I thought that I was not experienced enough to elaborate or identify any other critique to challenge him on. I also feel that perhaps one thing to identify for him to work on for future activities was enough for this short piece of work and due to the fact this was the first time that we had worked together. In future, I will be more critical of others work but also need to be aware not to make feedback either too positive or negative of partners/students work so that they can apply improvements to future work. I am finding that feedback is an intricate balance and wondering if I am being too cautious in bringing forward improvement suggestions at the risk of offending, which is something I am working on in my current practice also. I find it much easier to praise the positive than present suggestions. I also have learnt a lot about the assessment submission process! So I will not make the same mistake again! I appreciate you giving me late feedback. I had to look back at my video and partners criteria before replying to refresh my memory which is reinforcing that quick feedback is important but that was my issue not yours.
