I do not believe that i practice ageism. I believe that people, especially older people, can do anything they want to, and there is a wide variety of things that older people can do. I have seen 90 year old men who are in shape, and can lift 125lbs. I was surprised to learn that some people do see older people as lesser, and that they can not do anything, and need to be in retirement homes.
