         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Culture</em></strong> - Culture can mean beliefs, customs, and traditions. Not only is it just customs, traditions it also means to define who you are. <br><strong><em>Diversity</em></strong> - A group that includes individuals who represent many other groups (color, nationality for example).<br><strong><em>Ethnicity</em></strong> - Ethnicity refers to a social group that share physical characteristics, beliefs, roles, religion, and morals.<br><strong><em>Equity</em></strong> - Being treated the same and respected.<br><strong><em>Gender </em></strong>- Male, female, or what people identify as.<br><strong><em>Institutional racism</em></strong> - Racism in social or political institutions, or socially in groups or as an individual.<br><strong><em>Race </em></strong>- People with a common ancestry, having same physical characteristics, ideas, culture, or traditions.<br><strong><em>Racism</em></strong> - Xenophobia towards different races with one group believing to be superior and other groups inferior. <br><strong><em>Sexual Orientation</em></strong> - Attraction to same or opposite genders.<br><strong><em>Social class</em></strong> - The hierarchy that families are in.<br><strong><em>Systemic Racism</em></strong> - Discrimination in the United States or parts of the world through politics, economy, or education.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Example: Military: President is top, Commandant, four star generals, three star generals, the last being Lieutenant Junior Grade.<br>Social Justice - Wealth and privileges within a society. <br>Systemic Racism - Discrimination through politics, the economy, or education.<br><br></div>]]></description>
