Not only is it just customs, traditions it also means to define who you are.
Diversity - A group that includes individuals who represent many other groups (color, nationality for example).
Ethnicity - Ethnicity refers to a social group that share physical characteristics, beliefs, roles, religion, and morals.
Equity - Being treated the same and respected.
Gender - Male, female, or what people identify as.
Institutional racism - Racism in social or political institutions, or socially in groups or as an individual.
Race - People with a common ancestry, having same physical characteristics, ideas, culture, or traditions.
Racism - Xenophobia towards different races with one group believing to be superior and other groups inferior.
Sexual Orientation - Attraction to same or opposite genders.
Social class - The hierarchy that families are in.
Systemic Racism - Discrimination in the United States or parts of the world through politics, economy, or education.

Social Justice - Wealth and privileges within a society. 
Systemic Racism - Discrimination through politics, the economy, or education.
