Even with their great contributes to the WWII war effort, African Americans came home to their jobs of little pay and no recognition. In 1941 African Americans planned to march on Washington if President Franklin D. Roosevelt did not allow for equal employment rights. To prevent, he did issue and Executive Order no longer allowing pay discrimination based on means of race. However, little <em>actually </em>changed.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
