We chose the sense of hearing where children make sense of their world.

During a rainy day, bring children outdoor and let them hear the sound of rain and then when we come back to the classroom, teacher use musical instruments to imitate the rain sound.

For toddlers, loud of soft sound they can wear their shoes in the classroom and teach them to stomp their feet showing this is loud sound. Tip toe to show soft sound. For example an elephant stomps its feet so it makes a louder sound.

Show a picture of a cat .Make the sound of animals for example mimick the sound of a cat "moew, meow".
