         <description><![CDATA[<div>Scaffolding -&gt; A process in which more competent people provide a temporary framework that supports a children's thinking at a higher level than children could manage on their own <br><br>In year 9, my school ran a 'literacy leaders' program, where the kinda advanced year 9 readers would go and sit with the weaker year 2 readers from another school for 2 hours a week, and try and engage with them and encourage them to read. More beneficial than teachers maybe, because we were close enough to peers and we were still learning.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social loafing. The idea that group work can lead to less productive work and the overall outcomes of the group is minimized. Less effort is put in from certain group members when group sizes increase, in a way they can slip behind other productive members of the group. This is obviously a consequence of group work in education because it may mean that people's grades are affected or may become less motivated to put in effort into a group. <br>- affect this may have on peer relationships </div>]]></description>

Possibly 90 minute sessions. <br>Could bring up strain on resources, or effectively reduce un paid load on teachers. </div>]]></description>
