Nowadays, besides the compulsory subjects at school, physical education is a subject that causes many different opinions. Some people think that PE should not be compulsory in schools. I totally agree with this opinion, because of some following reasons:

Firstly, many students have weak health and they are not qualified to study physical education at school. If physical education is a compulsory subject, all students will be required to comply with it at school. However, not all students are healthy enough to study, especially in unfavorable weather conditions and facilities.

Secondly , students can play sports on their own at home or after school. Sport is an important subject, however, students can participate in sports activities with their parents, siblings at home or after school. Besides that, students can participate in extracurricular activities or sports classes. I think that would be better than studying physical education at school.

Thirdly, doing physical education at school will make the students feel stress. Because it is a compulsory subject at school, students will have to spend time to study and improve their grades. That makes them feel pressure and stress

For these reasons I think that PE should not be compulsory in schools.

In my opinion, I disagree with the statement that PE should be compulsory at school for the following reasons:

Firstly, potential lead to injuries: PE courses includes fitness training, sports and games that could potentially result to physical injuries that could affect students’ academic careers.

Secondly, increasing bullying in the school environment: Students who don't have much athletic ability may not have the skills necessary to compete or even defend themselves against better or more competitive athletes. Strong students get a chance to pick on the weak during PE. Sometimes these students who only have academic interests become the target of the bullies.

Thirdly, almost PE curriculum is not suitable for people who have disabilities: People who have physically disabled still have to attend the PE, they either try in vain to do the exercises or remain alone in the class, and this can hurt their self-confidence.

Last but not least, mandatory PE classes limit a student's freedom to choose where they want to invest their time. For students who have only academic interests, PE is just waste of time and energy. Some people really are not into exercise. A basic amount of fitness is known to all. But many people don't want to get involved in an hour long PE period.

In conclusion, I strongly disagree that PE should be mandatory at schools.

Clearly that it is generally accepted that exercise is good for students so I completely disagree with this statement. Now I will discuss with you three main reasons why PE should be compulsory for all students in all schools.

Firstly, it is usually believed that regular exercise is the key to good health. Not only helps them in staying physically fit and mentally alert but it also saves them from various diseases such as obesity, heart diseases,…

Secondly, regularly practising a physical sport enables a youngster to discover their talents and they might even be able to build a career in sports.

Moreover, I strongly believe that physical education doesn't take too much time and effort of students. In almost every school in Vietnam, they only have two classes per week. And anyone who has health problems will be given the priority to do soft exercises which are suitable for them.

In addition, I think it is necessary for PE being compulsory at schools.

In my opinion, I disagree opinion physical education should not be compulsory in school. I have three reasons. PE is really important for students. Firstly, physical education can help students shape healthy living habits. For example, the students playing sport in their free time is better than playing games or watching TV shows. Secondly, sport can help students reduce study pressure. Children will be happy and refresh their minds after stressful class time. Finally, physical education time can help students connect with friends in the class, it supports teamwork and makes a new relationships. In collusion, physical education is not the best important subject but it can bring many physical and mental effects.

In my opinion, Physical Education is a necessary subject for students.
Firstly, it is also the most important reason, physical education helps students to exercise their health. When exercising, blood will circulate better, the body will increase resistance to help us fight common diseases. Exercise also helps our heart become healthy, the body does not feel tired.
Not only that, exercise also helps us relax after stressful school hours. Sports activities help stimulate brain cells to produce neurotransmitters called endorphins and opiates, making us happy, love life.
Finally, learning exercise helps to increase concentration. Students who practice sports regularly will be able to concentrate and maintain better concentration, positively impact learning, life and improve achievement for other cultural subjects.
Because of the above benefits, PE should be compulsory in schools. A healthy body and increased resistance will help them better protect themselves against the effects of the environment and maintain good health.

Physical education should be considered a compulsory subject in schools. I partly agree with the above opinion. On the one hand, physical education should be a compulsory subject because nowadays children are too little physically active. The cause of the above problem is because they have to study too much and are exposed to too much technology like youtube, tv, internet... So they don't have time to do physical exercise. It is necessary to make physical education mandatory to help future generations have better physical health. On the second hand, besides, the inclusion of physical education in the compulsory curriculum can be intimidating for students. For example, if you are disabled or have poor health, you will feel inferior compared to your peers. In addition, physical education can create additional pressure on students when they have to study too much and the goal of achieving a physical score is too high. Therefore, to include physical education in the compulsory curriculum, it can reduce the study time of other subjects as well as create an open environment for students with disabilities and weak health to integrate.

I don’t agree with that opition. A player has to stay calm to cope up with the intense pressure to have a chance of winning. This ability can also be very helpful for students in their academic exams. Furthermore, team sports teach children how to work as a team and be respectful to others. Being a ‘team player’ is highly valued by employers and behavioural skills like communication and cooperation not only prepare us for the workplace but for the rest of our lives.

In my opinion, physical education is very necessary in schools, and it should be a compulsory subject. It helps a lot in student development for three reasons. Firstly, physical education exposes students to sports at school. It helps students better know how to play, the benefits of sports. Second, physical education helps students to be more active, a healthy and relaxed body. When playing sports, students will exercise their whole body, release energy to help exercise, improve skills, reduce stress after school hours. Finally, physical education teaches students to be punctual, patient, disciplined, and to improve teamwork because when playing sports they must use all skills and coordinate well with teammates. With such benefits, physical education is essential in schools.

I definitely disagree with this statement. Physical education (PE) should be compulsory subject and student will have to choose a sport that they love the most or that they are most suitable for.
Firstly, PE brings health benefits to students. PE also has similarities with other compulsory such as Math, Literature... They are all born with a common purpose of helping students have the best academic life. PE will help students improve their health, know bout sports and how to play it, how to avoid injury.
Secondly, PE creates a habit for students to practice with health, especially in this day and age, students are increasingly dependent on digital devices such as phones, laptops, televisions, etc. PE will reduce the time doing non-beneficial thing and instead have healthy habits.
In conclude, PE should be a compulsory subject to ensure the best health and learning of students.

In my opinion, PE shouldn't be eliminated at school.
Firstly, PE help students improve their healh and avoid obesity. To be honest, students have less time to do excicise because of the schedule at schools. So learning PE is the oppotunity for them to practice and relax the muscle. Moreover, the obesity are increasing nowaday so PE can prevent the proportion of this fact.
Secondly, students can build an active life toward learning PE. Toward PE, students can have a good habit of doing excercise. Beside, they also want to repetitive everyday.
Thirdly, PE is the best way for student to release stress at school. After a hard day, PE is the best way to relax. For example they can play some sports together like: football, rugby, badminton... with friends. They definitely have a good times with their friends and maybe build good relationship too.
In conclusion, PE shuold be a compulsory subject at school to improve health and reduce the stress.
