Activity housekeeping in the store emphasized before starting the others task, this is because before starting sales premises or stores must be in a clean and structured .First task to me  do in the morning is to sweep and mopping floor, littering, wipe dust on glass shelf . After that I continue my task with check the stock from customer order from online and save stock for them.After the break, I continue working with help my friend displays sample of lid and scarf using S-Stand and T-Stand by type and size.  In the evening I just doing some work such as sorting stock lid, scarf and inner that have been in the packing according to the size and design of the rack display .. After doing housekeeping I be guided by the friend that have been skilled how to cut cloth according to the size of a set. Fabrics cut should be ensured size accurate and correct according to the size of each lid (KHIMAR). For the KHIMAR lid there are 4 size to cut the size 45 (1meter 4 inches), size 55 (1meter 9 inches), size 60(1meter 14 inches) and size 65 (1meter 19inches. Piece of cloth to sewn into veil KHIMAR must be in accordance with a measure that have been set. Upon completion of cloth cutting, I with co-workers select colour ribbon appropriate to match the colour fabric that have been cut before sent to tailor. After that I breaks for 1 hour and then continue to rework up to finish. While waiting time work end, I have been job sorting handbags in cabinet glass so that the recent and structured. For the second day, various new things I can learned.

And I continue my work with do fold the lid and scarf in neatly and entered into the plastic packing so that the more interesting and is not easy contaminated. After done packing I was assigned to organize to rack and gondola by type and size of a set. I take a rest for one hour and after then I continue my work sorting lid, scarves and ensure price tags is correct according to the list price of products that have been set by the employer. When customers come to the store, I leave a first task is a while and I serve the customer who enter the shop. Then, I sort of stock perfume on the shelf firmly and organized to attract customer to buying. At 5.30 pm I and colleagues tidy what is fit, pending working hours end.

Cabinet and rack glass sorted neatly and placed in the easy viewed in order to attract customers. Next, I have been taught how to use and record and cash bill. Each item purchased by the customer will be posted to the cash bill. In addition, I have done tasks such as calculate and record the stock lid new up in the store. New stock lid, inner, scarf and cloth reach will be recorded in the book a separate. After the rest, I continue working with concerns and sorting lid by type including ‘KHIMAR’, ‘BAWAL’, and lid latest “BAWAL RIBBON”. The lid and scarf must be ironed before folded or attached in rack ’S-stand’. And I also have treat customers who entered the store. Before the back, I given guidance how to update the file customers who bought for cash. At 6pm ,having done update file with my co-workers leave home.

Then, I continue to working stacking stock watch on the shelf neatly and organized in order to attract customers. Once the scarf is removed from the supplier, the lid will be sent to the tailor first to sew the DHM Scarf brand tag. After that we have been assigned to paste the beads on the hood according to the tastes and needs of the users. Finished pasting activity, the veils are folded and recorded in books according to colour. After the break, I continue working with changing the sample lid display on the S-Stand rack. A few collection on display to attract customers when entering the store. Meanwhile, I also treat customers who has entered the shop by telling about promotions and discounts offered in our store. After that, I have been taught how to update the file customers who bought in cash in the store. After about 6 o’clock in the afternoon, I had to work and back home.

Then, I continue my work with check order through online by the customer among them through app Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp that by making bill or receipt by price postage that have been on the set. After that, I check and change the price tag of a new on the shelf lid. Price tag should be placed each type to facilitate the customers to find out the price of each product. In addition, I have also been taught how to record the stock products new and old is still in stock. Activity recording all stock entry and exit product is important to know profit and loss in handle a business. After the break I continue working with serve the customers who entered the shop. I also learn how to use a electronic machine called "Swaroski" pasted beads in the lid. Then, I sort of stock perfume that at wholesale of the displayed on the shelf firmly and organized. And at 6pm working hours end.

Continue with activity cloth cutting in accordance with a measure that have been set for stitched right lid. The measurement of each size lid must accordance with sample size set. Upon completion of cloth cutting, continue to isolate according to the size and match with colour ribbon with colour lid. When done to match the colour variations all piece of cloth be sent to tailor to stitched lid (KHIMAR). After breaks, I continue to organize stock lid and scarf in rack display. Arrangement of each type lid and scarf by variations and size. Then, I record in advance of the quantity stock of products perfume on record book to find out of stock current and stock that out. While waiting time back I managed to sweep in the store and throwing garbage.

After that, I continue working with iron lid and applied to doll or called mannequin. Then, I serve the customer entering the shop and attending phone call received from agent and other customer. In addition, help a friend co-workers to measure the lid (KHIMAR) that have been completed sewing by tailor to ensure the measurement accurate by size. If there is some lid stitched messy or measure of inaccurate lid will be separated and will not be sold. After the break for one hour I continue with fold the lid into the plastic packaging and calculate the quantity of the lid according to the size of the lid. After the completion of activity count, stock lid separated to supply the agent and a half sorted by size on rack display. While waiting time back, I managed to organize stock brooch and ring for lid to the basket by price set based on the design. And after 6pm I went back.

Among the products counted were brooch, watch and perfume. Stock counts will be made monthly to find out the quantity of incoming and outgoing items per product. Upon completion of the calculation, I resumed the task of converting the old price tag sticker to the new sticker on each part of the shelf to make it clearer for customers to know something of the product's price in the store. After the break I resumed the task before that, while serving customers entering the store. Then, I tidy up the cut fabric scattered activities and organize a ruler measuring the fabric in the area provided. While waiting for customers to enter the store I had to arrange the hijab brooch into the basket according to price and design. And precisely at 6 pm marks the time my work was over, I went home.

I started working with cleaning activities like sweeping the floor and wrapping the veils on the shelf. After that, proceed with the counting of the shawl stocks shipped by supplier. Store and isolate product stocks ordered by agents and membership to other areas so as not to be confused with the product that you want to sell in the store. After an hour's break, I did a video recording activity in the shop for this assignment. Then I took some pictures of the pictures with the store owner, the situation in the shop and more. We shake hands and say thank you for giving do a 2-week SIEP training at the DHM Scarf store. Before returning home I submitted a valuation form to the employer for review and signature.
