They tend to give up easily for their partners rather than their incompetence</p><p><br/></p><p>Men tend to play the lead and strong roles like heroes, businessmen etc and women are seen playing the”weak” roles like victim, housewives etc.</p><p><br/></p><p>In advertisements, men are mostly seen featuring in the sports sector while the women are mostly featuring in the cosmetics sector.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Group 6: Chloe, Kah Yi and Kimi</p><p>Theme: decision making-roles at home</p><p><br/></p><p>	First of all, women are often seen as the emotional decision maker and primary caregivers in their family, so they often make smaller decisions or decisions that related to their children's welfare. While men are often stereotyped as more rational and less emotionally driven. Therefore, they often make bigger decisions or decisions that a needs more logic or practicality.</p><p><br/></p><p>	In traditional settings, men are often seen as the leader of their household. Therefore, they often have the final say in making family decisions. While women, are seen as secondary to men in household decisions, so they have to obey their husband's final decision.</p><p><br/></p><p>	In most cases, women are often seen as house wives while men are often seen as the provider of the household. Therefore men often have the authority to make financial decisions in the household compared to women.
