Judaism is a monotheistic religion which means it only believes in one god. Judaism is the oldest of three Abrahamic Religions. The main country that supports this religion is Israel.
The services take place during Friday Night. Jews believe events / holidays start at sunset. In these services Jews light candles, read from their bible, and eat afterwards. The services are led by the rabbi.
In Judaism there is an important ceremony called a bar-mitzvah. This is where a child becomes an adult in Jewish Religion. In a bar-mitzvah a child who is 13 or older must lead a service along with some special prayers.
Some Jews are Orthodox which means they follow some more strict rules. One example is Orthodox Jews do not not eat dairy with meat. Another example is how Orthodox Jews do not work on the sabbath.
Holidays include Chanukah, Purim, Rosh-Hashanah, and Passover. Hanukah is the festival of lights where Jews celebrate how they took back a temple from the Romans. Purim is the celebration of the end of a prosecutin of Jews a long time ago. Rosh-Hashnah is the Jewis New Year. Passover is the celebration of being free from the Egyptians.
