Entrambe le frasi significano “Sono le 3/Sono le ore 15:00”. O'clock si usa solo per dire " in punto".

Ci sono solo 12 ore sull’orologio, significa che saranno le 6:00 due volte ogni giorno, una volta la mattina e una volta alla sera. Quindi come dire le 6 di mattina e le 6 di sera?
