Se guardiamo l’orologio e vediamo che sono le 3 di pomeriggio, quindi le ore 15:00, allora possiamo dire<strong> </strong>It’s three oppure It’s<strong> </strong>three o’clock.<strong> </strong>Entrambe le frasi significano “Sono le 3/Sono le ore 15:00”. O'clock si usa solo per dire " in punto".<br><br>Ci sono solo 12 ore sull’orologio, significa che saranno le 6:00 due volte ogni giorno, una volta la mattina e una volta alla sera. Gli avverbi regolari si formano aggiungendo -ly.<br><br>IRREGULAR ADVERBS<br><br>good=well<br>fast=fast<br>early=early<br>hard=hard<br>late=late<br><br>Negli aggettivi che terminano in consonante + -y si sostituisce quest'ultima con -ily. Gli avverbi irregolari non terminano in -ly. C'è solo un avverbio irregolare che cambia completamente: good=well.</div>]]></description>
