         <title>cajun pan-seared chicken</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- chicken breast&nbsp;<br>- salt&nbsp;<br>- pepper<br>- cajun seasoning<br>- extra virgin olive oil<br>- lemon<br><br>1. defrost the chicken completely and season with salt, pepper and cajun seasoning on both sides.&nbsp;<br>2. store in in the fridge overnight&nbsp;<br>3. heat up a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil cook the chicken on medium-low heat covered. Depending on the size of the chicken breast, each side takes 5-7 minutes.&nbsp;<br>4. once done, take the chicken out of the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes<br>5. serve with squeeze of a lemon wedge on top</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- potatoes&nbsp;<br>- carrot&nbsp;<br>- extra virgin olive oil<br>- salt&nbsp;<br>- pepper<br><br>1. pre-heat your air fryer at 200 degree celsius<br>2. wash carrots and potatoes and chop them into bite sizes<br>3. in a bowl, mix them up with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper&nbsp;<br>4. toss them in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway, or until soft when pierce with a fork.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
