لقد أصبح الفساد مرض سريع الأنتشار فهو يُشبِه الوَباء الّذي يضرِب صِمامات الأمان في الدّوْلة ، وهو يُحدِّث كنتيجة لِلظُّروف السّيِّئة الّتي يُعيِّشها المُجتمع ، ويُعِدّ الجهل هو أحد أهُم أسباب اِنتِشار الفساد بل وليْس الجهل فقطّ ، ولكِنّ الجشع أيضا ، فأصبح الإنسان يسعى خلف المكاسِب المادّيّة الّتي يُعلم جيدا أنّها ليْست مِن حقِّه وبِالطُّرُق الغير مشروعة .
