Engagement opportunities -- featured year-round volunteer opportunities and using that to restart relationships, two-way conversation to get feedback and insights (what do they care about),  resources available to reinforce the value-add of the relationship,  play on how people value "tradition" and connect it to the work we're doing -- in-person or virtual gatherings  (Fashions, DoA) 


Events - identifying clearly the target audience and the objectives for each activity; focus on events that actually generate revenue (ROI)
