         <description><![CDATA[<div>Assessment events are referred to by various names, sometimes they’re called “assessment centres”, “assessment days” or “assessment events”. The language may differ but the principle is exactly the same: <strong><mark>It’s an event to test a group of candidates’ suitability for a given role</mark></strong><mark>.</mark></div><div>It’s not a location, it’s a <em><mark>process</mark></em><em>.</em> It usually takes place at a company office, conference facility or a conveniently placed hotel.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br></div><div><br></div><div><figure class="attachment attachment--preview"><img width="70" height="71"><figcaption class="attachment__caption"></figcaption></figure></div><div>Discriminative questions (sex, race, civil status, etc) are not allowed, however there are companies that ask them, but the answer is not compulsory. Obviously pregnancy tests, dope tests (drugs), breath test (alcohol) are not acceptable.</div><div>Finally, although projecting test are not forbidden, they are seldom used because they give too much information about a candidate’s personality while the candidate is not conscious of doing it. They consist in answering back with a word, a story or a behavior, after looking at a picture, colour or an ink spot.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First of all the company decides the kind of tasks the candidate should do, the knowledge, aptitudes and attitudes and also the personality for that specific position, and designs the ideal job profile. <br><br></div><div>The recruitment process follows the following steps:</div><div>1.    <strong>First date interview</strong>.  HR asks general questions about experience, background, etc as the candidate’s dressing is observed, if it is important for the job.</div><div>2.    <strong>Application form filling</strong>: many companies ask the candidate to fill in an application form with the c.v. and the motivation essay.</div><div>3.    <strong> Test or challengers. </strong>Candidates go through several tests to show capacities, qualities, knowledge, personality, aptitudes, etc…<strong>. </strong></div><div>4.    <strong>References checking. </strong>If the candidate passes the tests, the company checks the references from previous positions.<strong>  </strong></div><div>5.    <strong>Accurate interview. </strong>After passing every test above, there is a deeper interview with organized questions or spontaneous ones.</div><div>6.    <strong>Medical check-up</strong>: This is only for final candidates in jobs that requires physical or psychological. </div><div>7.    <strong> Final decision:</strong> After making a decision, the elected candidate received a job offer with salary, benefit, timetable, etc…<br><br></div>]]></description>
