When A became weak and could not move on, B decided to tie him to a rope to take him down the mountain. However, during the process, the rope connecting the two was suddenly entangled in a rock and B sadly decided to cut the rope in order to save himself.

On one sunny day, there were two climbers who wanted to conquer the snowy mountain together. They prepared themselves with all the necessary tools for this journey and set off in the early morning. However, on the way to the top of the mountain, a snowstorm suddenly appeared. And unfortunately, there was one of them who was blown by the wind and injured his leg.

The other person saw that and used the rope he had brought to drop down to pull his friend up, but it was too difficult to do it in the middle of such a blizzard.

So he decided to hang one end of the rope on a rock and threw a knife to the friend to make a grip and pull it up.

After many efforts, he finally pulled the victim up safe and sound, then together they climbed to the top of the mountain and planted a flag there as to mark this achievement of theirs.

When they were getting nearer to the bottom of the mountian, simpson slipped and fell over a cliff. yates held the rope while his friend was hanging in the air. but the rope was getting too heavy. Yates cut the rope.

Simon was then faced with a horrific choice – cling on until Joe’s weight pulled him down and they both fell to their deaths, or cut the rope to save himself. He decided to cut the rope. I would like to ask for a full refund for the keyboard , that I bought from your company on 12/1/2021. The keyboard has still not been delivered.

We agreed at the time I placed the order that it would arrive on 14/12/2021.However, I paid for delivery within 24 hours but it has not arrived yet.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the keyboard to me at the agreed time. As I have still not received keyboard, and it is past the agreed time, I believe you’re in breach of contract.
I consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of purchase order
