         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Cardiovascular Diseases, because sports lower blood pressure, reducing body fat and improving glucose metabolism.<br>2. Diabetes, because regular physical activity and healthy lifestyles help.<br>3. Obesity, because data shows that people who have obesity have it because of decreased physical activity levels. You can even maintain your weight more by playing sports.<br>4. Cancer, because 40% of all cancers can be prevented by healthy diets and physical activity.<br>5. Mental Health, because physical activity can reduce stress and pressure, and decrease the chance of depression. It also promote self-esteem, body-image and self-worth.&nbsp;<br>6. Chronic Disease and Communicable Diseases, because more than 60% of the patients do not participate in sports.<br>7. Cardiorespiratory Diseases, because sports use a lot of the heart, lungs and blood vessels, and they get trained when playing sports.<br>8. Muscle and Bone Health, because sports use a lot of bones and muscles, and they get trained when playing sports. Building bone, muscle and joints strength is important for children.<br>9. Cancer, because according to research, sports can decrease the risk of colon cancer as much as 300%! It can also decrease the risk of breast, endometrial and lung cancer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>While doing sports your arms, wrist, ankle and leg has a 50% chance that you can break one of those. The other 50% is just normally getting hurt like a cut, a bruise or getting scratched. If there's a really serious injury like a concussion, it will usually come from a dangerous sport like rugby. When you start playing sports, you should start slow and gradually increase the duration and intensity of sport when you play it more, because you might hurt yourself for the first time, when you are not too adapted to it.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

After all, bowling takes practice and skill to get the highest score possible.
