         <description><![CDATA[<div>A range of different filming shots are covered in the show such as,  the contestants, backstage, the judges and the audience. Different equipment is used for different shots, for example, a crane is used for the audience shots and backstage is usually handheld filmed incase they need to follow contestants around. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Back stories of contestants are used to inform the audience more on the contest and to hear about their past and why they're taking part in the contest. The judges also have conversations when there are no contestants on stage to keep the audience intrigued in the programme. The vision mixing on the show is very quick to keep the audience interested even further and to prevent them getting bored of seeing the same shot throughout. </div>]]></description>

As well as this, lights that point outwards towards the audience which can make the audience feel included and apart of the performance. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Meaning is communicated to the viewer by the use of camera shots such as close ups to show the emotion the person is feeling. <br>Vision mixers cut between the presenter and guests when they are talking to show their emotion when speaking and to get a closer view rather than one large shot of everyone throughout the show. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The stage has a variety of different light effects and can add different backdrops to the stage to make performances more exciting to watch. They also have dancers to add more to the stage than just the contestant. Smoke machines can also be used during performances to add effect to the performance. The X Factor logo is also widely recognised for his vibrant red which makes it more eye catching to the public. The frames used are very short as they swap frequently as it would be boring if it stayed on the singer or the same angle was used throughout the whole performance.</div>]]></description>
