         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have to do a presentation in front of my class, but I have stage fright. <br><br>The alarm stage -I would either not show up to class that day, or power through the presentation. <br>Resistance -I would come up with ways to calm down my body by using the whole imagining my class in their underwear technique.<br>Exhaustion- I would feel drained because of how much I worked on the presentation along with worrying about my stage fright. </div>]]></description>
