Because you should be able to get along with everyone across the board. To be able to take charge, you have to be likable. So in my opinion, confidence is the key to leadership but I also believe there are other aspects to it obviously. I have amazing friends that do stuff with me, I love to adventure, if I could adventure for a living, I'd never hate my job. I like to do drag, act, and dance. Dance gives me something amazing to do with my body, it lets me tell a story though movement and I love it.
