         <description><![CDATA[<p>An example of educator's beliefs influencing their classroom can come from their personal experience with two students that are siblings. If the first sibling gave a high performing scores then the teacher might assume the same of their incoming sibling the following year. Or on the other hand, if the first sibling gave a low performing score then the teacher might assume the same of their incoming sibling the following year. That being said, it is important to realize this about yourself and monitor the following characteristics as you begin teaching the second student: are you providing good climate, feedback, input, and output? </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nika, </p><p>When I read this paragraph I was glad to have been given then point of view. I know when I get to know people I don't particularly enjoy,  I automatically assume the people closes to them are probably just like them. This is a bias I need to be more aware of and change when it happens. </p>]]></description>
