  After extensive research, they decided to design a car inspired by the golden eras of the automotive industry.  They used modern tools and techniques, but in an old-fashioned way, to give the car they wanted a classic feel.
  They were making the car's exterior using fiberglass and aluminum, and designed it to resemble old cars.  They then set up the engine, drivetrain and suspension according to traditional designs of the era.
