Even though we did not choose NGO at the first, however after the game we think it is more considerable with seeking help on development in ecotourism. It is mainly because the government has more restrictions on regulations control due to the law from government, thus the government may try to get back the land from villagers to have further development which may have contrast opinion with villagers and hence leading to protest. In which NGO may have fewer restrictions and also aid villagers for development.
